Update of the DESCA MSCA Consortium Agreement model available

The BAK AG Recht has updated the DESCA MSCA Consortium Agreement model for Doctoral Networks (DN) and Staff Exchanges (SE). The new versions can be downloaded from their website.

The update concerns amongst others:

• Attachment 4a: Secondment Agreement (template) between Parties to the Consortium Agreement;
• Attachment 4b: Secondment Agreement (template) between a Party of the Consortium Agreement with Associated Partner that is not a Party of the Consortium Agreement;
• Attachment 4c: Partnership Agreement between Coordinator / all Parties and Other Associated Partner;
• Attachment 4d: Commitment of the Other Associated Partner.

This template is based on the DESCA – Model Consortium Agreement for Horizon Europe, Version AP 2.0, 2025.
