To help you prepare for the 2026 "Postdoctoral Fellowships" and "Doctoral Networks" calls for proposals, the National Contact Point Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (NCP MSC) is organising a series of online seminars on the application process:
- 7 May 2026, 10 a.m.–12 p.m., Postdoctoral Fellowships (German),
- 21 May 2026, 9 a.m.–11 a.m., Postdoctoral Fellowships (English),
- 2 June 2026, 3 p.m.–5 p.m., Postdoctoral Fellowships (English),
- 25 June 2026, 10 a.m.–12 p.m., Doctoral Networks (German).
Online seminar on applying for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (in German)
On 7 May 2026 (10 a.m.–12 p.m.), the NCP MSC will hold an online seminar in German on the specifics of applying for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF). It is aimed at host institutions that wish to host a fellow, as well as researchers who are planning to apply for a Postdoctoral Fellowship. In addition, all multipliers are also very welcome to attend. The aim of the event is to familiarise you with the specifics of applying for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships and to prepare you for submitting a successful application.
The event will begin at 10 a.m. and is expected to last two hours. The online seminar will be held in German, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions. There is no participation fee, but registration is required.
Online seminars on applying for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships – How to write a successful MSCA PF proposal (in English)
On 21 May 2026 (9–11 a.m.) and 2 June 2026 (3–5 p.m.), the NCP MSC will hold online seminars in English on applying for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships. The content of the English PF seminars on 21 May 2026 and 2 June 2026 is identical. These seminars are specifically aimed at researchers who have recently started working in Germany and researchers who are still working abroad and who are planning to submit an application for the Postdoctoral Fellowships 2026 call together with a German institution. Please disseminate this date within your institution and inform potential applicants and future supervisors about this offer. The aim of the events is to familiarise non-German-speaking researchers with the specifics of applying for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships and to prepare them for the application process. The online seminars last approximately two hours and include an opportunity to ask questions. There is no participation fee, but registration is required and possible until shortly before the event:

Online seminars on applying for MSCA Doctoral Networks (DN) 2025
The NCP MSC is holding an online seminar on 25 June 2026 (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.) on the specifics of applying for Doctoral Networks. It is aimed at institutions planning to submit an application. The event will begin at 10 a.m. and will last approximately two hours. There will be an opportunity to ask questions. The online seminar will be held in German. There is no participation fee, but registration is required.
