The Research Executive Agency (REA) received 241 proposals (2023: 134) for the MSCA Citizens call which closed on 22 October 2025. With a budget of 16,3 million euros for this call, about 45 projects are expected to be funded. This would translate into a success rate of roughly 20 percent. 13 applications were submitted from Germany. The results of the evaluation are expected for February 2026.
