Doctoral Networks – Update on panel selection for evaluation and descriptors in part A as well as update of the Guide for Applicants

In the Doctoral Networks 2026 call, a proposal will be evaluated by the panel linked with the first project descriptor the applicant selects. Each project descriptor is associated with a specific panel. Instead of selecting the panel directly, the panel is now determined by the first selected project descriptor.

The Guide for Applicants has been updated accordingly.
