The European Commission has awarded MSCA Seal of Excellence certificates to 1,956 applicants for the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships call 2021. The MSCA Seal of Excellence is a quality label awarded to applicants who scored 85% or higher in the assessment, but could not receive funding for budgetary reasons. Researchers can use this award to obtain alternative funding for their research.
