The third call for Staff Exchanges was closed on 28 February 2024. The Research Executive Agency (REA) received 233 applications, seven of which came from Germany. The applicants requested a total budget of almost 252.89 million euros. It is expected that the European Union will fund between 70 and 90 projects under this call with a provisional budget of around 78.5 million euros. The proposals submitted involve 1.844 different organisations from 121 countries, 39 percent of which are non-academic organisations.
