A recently published and peer-reviewed study, conducted by the European Research Executive Agency (REA), in collaboration with the European Commission's Directorate General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC), analysed innovation aspects of Innovative Training Networks under Horizon 2020 (H2020-MSCA-ITN) – renamed Doctoral Networks under Horizon Europe. It confirms excellence in the research and innovation potential of the H2020-MSCA-ITN scheme and it also provides important recommendations for policy-makers and applicants, as well as points for improvement to enhance innovation and excellence across Europe and beyond.
