On 14 March 2024, the European Commission published a report with the updated results of the final surveys of MSCA fellows. All fellows have to fill in two questionnaires – one directly after the end of the fellowship and another one two years later. The surveys provide insights into the experience during the fellowship period and the new skills acquired. The career paths after the end of the fellowship are also outlined. Overall, the fellows are very satisfied with the quality of their training. Almost 86 percent of those surveyed consider the training to be good or very good. The skills acquired during the fellowship are of great importance in their later careers.
